We guarantee you will receive your camcorder before your event. Typically you will receive this about 3-4 days before your event.

We make sure to test and set up each camcorder before it is sent. We will also include instructions in the box on how to use the camcorder.

Per our contract, all rental items will need to be returned in the condition it was sent to you. If not, we will charge a replacement fee.
